Kamikochi in Nagano, Japan can definitely hold a candle to any other National Parks.

It is one itself, called Chubusangaku National Park, Kamikochi.

It’s “main attraction” is the Kappabashi Bridge.

We walked through dense forest.

Lush, lush, lush, lush, lush, lush, lush …

… lush, lush, lush, lush jungle.

The walk to the bridge is about 45 minutes to an hour. Another extra hour to hour and a half to Myojin Lake.

My feet, once again, felt like Jello by the time we leave. Even then, I felt like wanting to stay so badly.

Last Call…

  1. Wow, it is a stunning place… look at those greeneries. I also have been hiking again and our posts coincide. 🙂 Glad to be back on here. Have a wonderful time out there.

  2. You’ve done a great job with these photos Rommel, the Japanese tourist board would be pleased. I’d love to walk there, surrounded with all that beauty, as long as I didn’t have to climb any steep hills that is 🙂

Don't be shy to say hi.
